From inbox to impact: TRSA’s November marketing, sales and service summit

TRSA, the association for linen, uniform, and facility services across North America, will host its Eighth Annual Marketing, Sales & Service Summit on Tuesday, 18 November, at the Hilton Boston Back Bay. Continuing TRSA’s mission to strengthen alignment between marketing, sales, and service teams, the summit will focus on driving growth and enhancing customer satisfaction in today’s competitive marketplace.
This dynamic, full-day event will unite professionals from across the industry for strategic learning, collaboration, and innovation, said the Association.
The summit opens with a keynote presentation by Shane Gibson, a globally recognised expert in B2B and social selling. His session, “Future-Proofing B2B Sales and Marketing: Integrating Data, AI and Traditional Skills”, will explore how companies can blend emerging technologies with proven strategies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving business landscape.
