Effective immediately, Dutton will resume the role he previously held from 2016 to 2018. Known for his strategic vision and strong leadership, Dutton will be responsible for enhancing the resort’s sales performance, refining its revenue strategies, and overseeing the marketing campaigns for the property’s exceptional dining and event spaces.

Before his return to B Ocean Resort, Dutton made his mark as the Area Director of Sales and Marketing for Benchmark Resorts & Hotels. There, he managed sales efforts for two luxury hotels—Hotel Theodore and Hotel Max—in Seattle, Washington. His ability to exceed sales targets was evident when he reached 150% of his annual group revenue goal at Hotel Max and achieved over 100% of group targets at Hotel Theodore. These accomplishments highlight Dutton’s ability to not only drive revenue but also manage diverse teams to achieve exceptional results.

Dutton’s vast experience spans several prestigious hotels, including roles at Sonesta Fort Lauderdale Beach, Resorts World Bimini, and Lord Baltimore Hotel. His broad experience across various markets and brands has shaped his comprehensive understanding of the hospitality industry, allowing him to adapt and thrive in ever-changing environments.

Educational Foundation and Industry Expertise

Dutton holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management & Marketing from Middlesex University, equipping him with both the academic and practical knowledge to excel in the competitive world of hospitality.
